S.W.A.T.T. Fitness Team Challenge Event
& Registration Details
The team challenge matches the most athletic teams in their city while giving them a chance to prove it by testing their team ability to negotiate obstacles by using their strength, speed and wits!
The course is designed to teach the importance of health & fitness and increasing individual confidence while learning how to work in a spirit of cooperation; mentally, physically, and spiritually to accomplish team objective.
The course will consist of 15 obstacle stations.
Scoring is determined by adding the repetitions performed correctly for all obstacles (mental, physical, and spiritual). Divide that total by the course run time. The greater the combined number the better your score. Highest Score Wins Competition.
MINIMUM PLAYER REQUIREMENTS
You need 3 eligible player(s) to register for an event.
Each team is allowed 1 alternate player (optional).
Male & Female
11th & 12th grade
9th & 10th grade
7th & 8th grade
*School ID required at event sign-in.
How to donate a S.W.A.T.T. Fitness team challenge event in your community?
220 youth can participate in the Challenge. Your contribution is used for the Venue, Life n Balance Workbooks and fitness challenge set-up. All of this is made possible through donors like you.
