I use to really have trouble getting motivated to workout. SWATT fitness camps have been great for me because we do a lot different activities, indoor and outdoor, which keeps things interesting and fun. In addition, because Gary and Valerie are such incredible people, a big part of my motivation to attend camps is simply to be in their company. They offer constant encouragement, and they are just plain fun to be with! I actually look forward to 'my workouts now, which is huge for me. I feel so lucky to have discovered this program, and I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in keeping fit and doing something positive for themselves on a regular basis.

Oh... I almost forgot, live also lost those stubborn extra 10 pounds I've been trying to get rid of for so long. It happened without me even really thinking about it...just an extra added bonus!
